No. Senior residents participate without charge. Program costs are generally paid by the host facility, sponsor, agency, grant, or community partner.

We recommend contacting us at least four to six weeks before the preferred date. Larger programs and multi-facility series may require additional planning time.

Possibly. Subsidized programs depend on available grant, donor, and sponsorship funding. Facilities should contact us to discuss their needs.

Programs outside Boston may be available. Additional transportation and travel charges may apply.

Yes. We can create a custom quote for larger groups.

Standard lunches are included in each program. We can’t guarantee specific dietary or allergy accommodations, so please tell us about any needs when you book.

Yes. The recommended packages include produce sourcing or purchasing. Final bag contents depend on season, availability, donations, and supplier conditions.

Yes. We welcome donations from produce companies, grocery stores, food distributors, farms, food banks, and food pantries. All donations must meet program quality, timing, transportation, and food-safety requirements.

Residents sign up through the resident coordinator at their participating facility.

Advance registration is recommended. Participation depends on space, instrumentation, musical readiness, and direction from the session leader.
