Music for All
Join us in fostering community through music—offering jam sessions, seminars, and programs for all ages.

Our Story

Founded in 2005 inside the historic Wally’s Cafe Jazz Club, the Student to Student Music Project began as a grassroots jam session dedicated to mentoring the next generation of musicians. What started as an open stage has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to youth education, senior engagement, and community connection through live music. Today, we continue to preserve the tradition of jazz while creating access, opportunity, and belonging for artists and audiences across Boston.

“This program gave me more than a stage — it gave me confidence, community, and a place to grow as an artist.
At Wally’s, I wasn’t just performing; I was becoming the musician I’m meant to be.”
