Designed to reduce social isolation, promote wellness, and encourage intergenerational connection, the program creates meaningful spaces for music, conversation, and community engagement. Events are hosted at neighborhood venues and senior housing facilities throughout Boston.

Field Trips & Group Visits

Through immersive on-site experiences, the Student Music Project welcomes school groups and youth organizations for live demonstrations, performances, and facilitated dialogue. Participants explore jazz history, artist development, and the operations of a working cultural institution.
